Mbala District Agriculture Coordinator DACO Clive Matengu says his office has been receiving reports from some places over the suspected of fore army worms.
Mr Matengu says there is need to quickly report the matter to his office so as to contain it as soon as possible.
The Depart of Agriculture has encouraged small scale farmers in Mbala district to quickly take precautionary measures to control the fore army worms in the area.

-ZAMBIA Compulsory Standards Agency acting head of communications Brian Hatyoka says the agency has seized 10 bales of used undergarments from a trading entity operating around Soweto market in Lusaka valued at K29,000.
In a statement, Hatyoka disclosed that from January 2023 to date, the agency had withdrawn from the market more than 40 bales of used undergarments valued at more than K180,000…
